Jesse + Courtney
When I fist met Jesse and Courtney at their engagement session at Piedmont Park I immediately fell in love with watching them interact. Even the most subtle look, or touch between them was special. It was clearly evident they were smitten for one another. The same remained true at their CeNita Vineyards Wedding 7 months later. Jesse + Courtney's CeNita Vineyard Wedding
When I arrived to CeNita Vineyards on their wedding day I was so giddy. It was my first time shooting a vineyard wedding and the vines were breathtaking! When I saw Courtney in the bridal suite I was immediately blown away. She was STUNNING! Her elegant and soft updo and gorgeous blue eyes were the first two things that caught my immediate attention. She absolutely radiated joy and beauty. The detail on her dress was insane! The under layers of delicate lace were topped with a soft tulle that caught the light beautifully. The burgundy/wine bridesmaids dresses and pops of red florals were a perfect nod to welcoming fall (even though the weather felt a little more like summer).
Jesse and Courtney opted out of a first look, but instead chose to pray together before the ceremony. Being a fly on the wall for that moment was by far my favorite part of the day. It was so special to hear Jesse pray over his bride and the beginning of their lives together. (Have I mentioned that I love what I do?!)
The cross was the focal point of their ceremony, with a beautiful backdrop of Yonah Mountain peeking through the trees. I loved being able to hear their personalities come through in their vows to one another, from Jesse's fear of being too complex to fall in love, to Courtney's fear of Jesse's driving.
The sunset was miraculous as it dropped behind the vineyard, so we snuck out for a few extra golden hour photos, and they turned out to be some of my absolute favorite from the day. I could go on and on and on about how incredible this wedding was and how beautiful Jesse + Courtney were, but I will let these images tell you the story better than I ever could.
