I first met Kaitlin for her daughter Saylor’s milestone session, and then again for her outdoor maternity session. I absolutely love capturing both maternity and newborn sessions for families.
I’ve always believed in taking a minimal and simplistic approach to newborn portraits, with no complicated poses or props in my studio. I love to focus on all the sweet details and features of your baby (or, in this case babies) and the connection in your family. Big sister Saylor was ALL ABOUT her little brothers. I could definitely sense a little mama instinct when she looked at them and talked to them. Whether they were laying together, or she was helping Mom and Dad hold them, or tickling their toes, Saylor was never more than a foot away from her brothers the entire session. I imagine that big sister Saylor’s love for her little brothers will only continue to grow as they do!
