Milestone photography is a great way to capture all the incredible milestones in your little one's life! It's so special to look back and reflect on how much they've grown and changed in the first year. A six month milestone session is an exciting time as your baby is learning new skills and developing physically. They are pushing up, sitting up, and may even be learning to shuffle along the ground, which is always a fun development to capture. Photographing all the movements and smiles of your curious little one is such a gift. I think that milestones can often get overlooked in the space between newborn and one year, but I promise you it’s worth it to be able to look back at your child’s journey through their first year.
Nora’s Six Month Milestone Session
This sweet little girl visited me for the first time during her newborn session in the studio. This time, her milestone session fell right around Christmas time so we doubled up and made part of her session a family session while I had the wreaths in the studio. Some of my favorite photos from the entire session are the ones of her and big brother William. The way that she would look at him with such adoration was one of the sweetest things ever!
